Hire and catering
We provide venues for hire:

For meals and catering, please choose a caterer from our list
of caterers, all of whom are approved by us and are able
to work at our venues. We can provide you with this list of caterers,
as well as a list of nearby hotels for accommodation. Venue hire
also includes the services of our local caterer, cloakrooms and
toilets (including lighting and heating).
Booking
To make a booking, first of
all please contact us to arrange a suitable date. Once a date
has been agreed, we will send you a contract to sign. Your reservation
will be confirmed when we receive the signed contract and payment
of 40% of the total cost of hire and the deposit. In the event
of cancellation, a refund schedule will be arranged.
An agreement, detailing the provisions which must be repsected
by the chosen catering service, is annexed to the contract.
Capacity
Due to the size of our facilities
and current safety regulations, the maximum capacity for our facilities
is 200 people in the medieval caves, and also 200 people in the
ground floor capitular rooms. If the exterior courtyard is used,
these numbers can be increased.
Equipment available to you free of charge
Chairs with covers - limited to our stock of 200 chairs.
Round 1.5 m diameter tables for 8 or 9 people - limited
to our stock of 20 tables.
Rectangular tables of 1.5 x 0.75 m - limited to our stock
of 20 tables.
1 oval platter for 12 people or 16 with an extending table:
it fits on 2 round tables.
Ground floor rooms: sound system + CD player + 1 cordless
microphone + 1 screen.
Medieval caves: sound system + video player + 1 screen
+ DVD player + 2 microphones (1 cordless, 1 wired).
Possibility of telephone connection.
The caves are fitted with XLR & SPEAKON connections
for linking up stereo/speakers/microphones.
Local catering service to prepare your meals.
Cloakrooms and toilets.
Various equipment that can be hired at a charge
Battery powered mobile sound system + additional speaker
+ CD player + 2 cordless microphones.

Table menus.
Name cards for seating your guests.

The respective insurance obligations
between the hirer and the hire company are detailed in the hire
